Do I need a referral?
No. In Alabama, a doctor’s referral isn’t required. You can have up to 6 PT visits without a physician’s signature. We’ll update your doctor on your progress and request more visits when needed.
Do you accept my insurance?
256 Physical Therapy accepts all major insurance. If we’re not in-network with yours, we can often bill out-of-network benefits. Cash-pay options are also available.
Do you treat Vertigo?
Yes — we treat everything from sudden vertigo attacks to general balance problems.
How quickly can you get me in?
256 Physical Therapy strives to schedule you within the first 24–48 hours after you make contact, so you can begin care promptly and with minimal delay.
